Watch out veggie's
This works great. The video is a basic on how you work the sharpener. She doesn't actually do it because it does make a sharpening noise when using it. The instructions that come with it are very specific.
It's really easy to use. Enjoy

Video is Misleading
1) Why does she not actually turn on the machine and slide the knife thru at least one slot?
2) Per the instruction manual--you MUST create a BURR on the knife before using Stage # 2; why is this not mentioned---as it is EXTREMLY important ( per the instruction manual) ??
