Strengths & weakness
The coffee has a good strong flavor. The frothing is minimal but it is there.
The brewing directions are clearly written.
Have enough water in the reservoir for both steps.
I add a teaspoon of sweetner and the stirring decreases the froth level.

NO Froth, Instant coffee and powder creme is bette
Wanted to replace my drip maker with something higher end and more creame in the coffee and convenience.
This may be easy to use - but....
No froth, chucks of white powder... undrinkable!
I have had K-cups in hotel rooms - which are passable, but not great for taste... I do go to starbucks and dunkin doughnuts frequently so maybe my expectations are higher... and I have had instant (just add hot water coffee), which is not good, but the concoction produced by this is worse!
Customer service, had to give them a chance to fix it if I just simplely had a lemon, could not advise of any solution other than to replace - also confirmed the have very limited Vue Cups for coffees, teas, etc (no Starbucks or Dunkin).
Have returned the item and coffees today! Separately did order albeit a more expensive unit from another company (JURA). I have had coffee produced by Jura at a friends house but was not keen on spending the high cost - but now I have - you will get what you pay for.
Summary, stay with a drip maker if your on a budget, skip this and similar if you value your taste, complexity, and flavors... look at Jura or other $1000+ units if you want simplicity, elegance, quality, and taste.
(Keurig) is a massive failure in all categories!

Nice Flavor
Although the Cappuccino has a nice flavor and no aftertaste, Keurig could have worked a LOT harder to get the "Frothing step" to actually produce FROTH... BEFORE releasing the new VUE coffeemaker. It is weaK at best.
