Fair Needs to be put in 6oz of water or less to have any chocolate taste. Has a very sweet artificial taste. May 8, 2013

So convenient! I like Swiss Miss hot chocolate and so this makes it just as convenient as making coffee. As for the taste, I've always been one to add a little half and half to the regular instant kind so I do that with this too. Just makes it a big creamier. I'm glad I found this and will buy it again! :) March 11, 2013

Good, Easy Soothing Drink I love the K-cup Swiss Miss Chocolate drink. I used to drink the non K-cup and loved the taste of it. I am so glad that K-cup has this brand, cause it is so much easier to use. It is easier to get on line than in the stores, so that tells you something. If you are not a coffee drinker, this is a good choice. March 8, 2013

Artificial Sweetner in it Not like the Swiss Miss you buy at the store, it has sucralose added to it. It would be great if it was like the real Swiss Miss packets. March 6, 2013
