Worthless
I am new to braun products. my friends recommended braun Epilator so i didn't check any reviews and got it last week. I tried to epilate almost for 30 mins it won't charge and cord was not tightly connected so i can't epilte. It's waste of money.

I thought it might be cordless but no the cord just falls out.
I can't really give a review of the actual function of the epilator because the cord won't stay in long enough for the device to work. I tried for about 20 minutes and just got frustrated and gave up. From what I can tell the epilation was not painful but it took forever on one small area. Way too expensive for such poor design.

Not impressed- quality worse than previous versions
I have been using the Braun Se 3170 Silk Epil 3 Epilator for the past few years and loved the way it made my legs feel. The device was getting slower so I upgraded to the Braun Series 5-5280 Silk Epil Epilator. The feel of my legs after I use this is exactly like when I used to use a razor. It takes much longer to use overall. The quality of the device feels much worse - cheaper feel. The power supply doesn't stay in the device so I have to keep stopping and putting it back in before I can keep going. I expected much better from this device but I am very disappointed.

Disappointed in my purchase
I just received this in the mail and was real excited about the product until I opened the package and started to try it. For a product that costs so much money THIS SHOULD BE RECHARGEABLE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE!!!!!!
