Great 10" angel food pan
My only negative is that I was told it was a 2 piece pan which I needed for baking an angel food cake. It was not but I decided to try it anyway. The cake comes out easy enough and bakes to a golden brown. So in the end I was happy enough. The pan is very nice and it was shipped very quickly.
