Missing KEY parts
We were pleased with the appearance of the lamp, but there were TWO(2) pieces missing that were crucial to the assembly and usage of it ! In fact, one missing piece made the lamp unusable! We are fortunate enough to live only a few miles from one of your retail stores, and were able to return the lamp there and received a full refund, after having assembled it, and then having to disassemble it ! Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed with the quality of the product.
