This is such a fabulous product. How often have I wanted to roast a chicken/fish/turkey part and not had a good fit of pan and roasting rack. This puppy is FLEXIBLE and adaptable to ANY pan that will go in your oven. It allows even airflow around the food, making it crisp, and keeps it up out of the drippings, keeping it crisp. AND then it pops into the dishwasher ready for next time. This is a true KEEPER. I want' one for everyone that I love. And it's a great hat.

Great !!!
Does exactly what I needed! May even purchase second one. I think if I stack them that I can stand chicken on end. Although the beer can trick may still work better, we'll see. That said, here is some info lacking in product description

In addition, the leaves sort of lock to keep from uncurling.
I use it primarily in a 18" porcelin granite broiler, which could accept 2 of these side by side for an extra large roast.
I have NO baking/roasting vessels which this would not fit.

Superb help with my Roast!
OMG!! This was a great addition to my oven wares. I've love roasting chicken, turkey and ham and was very pleased when I used the Prepara Roasting Laurel. I would recommend it as a great buy. It...

Fat does not caramelize on the chicken
Chicken is healthier to heat without all that fat
Expose the roast directly to the oven’s hot air producing brown exterior and moist interior
Convection heat encircle the roast making it cook faster
Flexible/bendable to put in different size pans
You could nest your roast easily
Produce superior dripping. Unlike a roasting rack it doesn’t stick to the food
