False Advertising by Mfr!!!!
I bought this in the store. The packaging said it was low flow & had a trickle setting. NOT TRUE! Looks like the BB&B web site info is correct, & the head works fine. But, it is not what Waterpik says it is, and Waterpik's response was "Thank you for contacting Water Pik Inc. I am sorry but the model does not have a Trickle setting. The package must be wrong with the spray description. I am sorry for any inconvenient this may cause." They offered no help finding a replacement. So, buy Waterpik at your own risk, they will not lift a finger to make it right if product isn't as packaged. Happy that BB&B is so good about returns.
