It didn't fit my chair and the heat wasn't that warm. The massage didn't feel that good.

It's a Back Cracker!
If you want a soft and slinky massage, this is definitely NOT your best choice - but, if you're like me, and you want a REAL deep massage that leaves you yearning for more, this is precisely the right chair to greet you in the morning or after a long day at work. It's multiple choices are just so rich: it will stand on one spot if that's all you want, or it will drive up and down both sides of your spine, automatically re-aligning you as it goes. Heat, no heat, it's simply marvelous. My singular complaint: it doesn't go far enough. I'm 6'2" and it's designed for those of medium height. I'll use this for years, or until it breaks - whichever comes first!

Gets used daily!
Finally something myself and my husband actually use. He keeps it on his office chair and we both enjoy it. You have to be really leaning into it for the pressure to be too hard. One thing is that for tall people, husband is 6'2" it doesn't get as much upper back, for short people like me, 5'3", it feels like it doesn't go low enough on the lower back. I tried sitting on a pillow for it to get more of the lower back and that helps. Has heat with kneading and rolling, but not percussion. Overall we like it!

Relaxed
I love this product. I received it for Christmas because the bottom of my back always ached. It is great. Better than paying $$$ for a massage every week. Would definately recommend.
