Good product poor shipping
Bought this online. Arrived damaged as it was very poorly packed. The machine worked but a fan inside had been knocked loose and was hitting something as it turned. Made an awful racket. Do not buy unless you can get it from a store..the machine needs to be moved with care. This is a large heavy machine. Return was easy..A plus for return policy. Overall good machine..good service..just poor packing.
