PAIN RELIEF
You really have to press these devices FIRMLY on your body or it wont work properly ... After a while of USE it will make anyone's muscles and skin feel Numb and Raw ... the point is to RELIEVE PAIN if you're not pain you don't need it ... find something else ... BONE PAIN, Center Back Pain, Lower Back Pain, and Neck Pain is its best uses

Best if held by other person.
It is heavy and doesn't work well to give yourself a massage because it just bounces off your back. Its an ok massage if you have someone else that will give you a massage with it. If you are the one holding it on someone else's back you have to hold it against the back other wise it bounces around, also it makes your hand feels kinda of numb after a while with all the vibration. Doesn't get used very much, the massage chair we also bought is much more worth the money, and gets used every time we are in the office working.
