It's Okay
It's not that bad--I use it a lot. Was a bit disappointed because I thought it work wonders for my tired feet, but the thing makes my feet swollen--don't know why--maybe I'm using it too long, maybe I'm applying to much pressure--I don't know--but it's okay.
I wouldn't give it to someone for a gift or anything.

Lousy Product
This was a total waste of my time. It didn't do a semi-decent foot massage, the heat was lackluster. It was ineffectual. It's not worth even $5.00. It was a total waste of my time.
