Buy one of the more expensive Nespresso Machines
Having enjoyed Nespresso coffee with a CitiZ in the Uk for a few years now. I bought a Nespresso U for our second home in France last week. I am rather disappointed, not with its looks and neat design, which is fine. I actually find it quite hard to operate and have just downloaded the manual from the Nespresso site to check if I am doing something wrongly. I've ended up with water all over my counter top several times. Can't return it as I am now back in the UK. Frustrated Nespresso lover!

Love Nespresso! Hate this model
I have the Essenza and love it. I recently broke the reservoir and rather than do without Nespresso while waiting for the replacement, I decided to buy the U. I intended to take one of the machines to my office once both were up and running. The U makes great coffee but the automatic eject makes it impossible to add just a bit more from the same pod unless you are hovering over the machine. I never could get it to program to my liking (which is very easy on Essenza that I have). My first cup of coffee fell off of the pedestal and spilled everywhere as the pedestal was too small for the cup. A pod got stuck when ejecting and it took me several minutes to figure out why all the lights were blinking and then get it all cleared out. I returned the U. I really want a second automatic Essenza. Why mess with perfection.
