Turkey Fryer
My fiance' and I received this as a gift off of our wedding registry. We have been very pleased with it so far. We haven't cooked a turkey yet, but we have done whole chickens on three occasions with great results. The flame/temp is very easy to control for minor adjustments. I also really like the safety feature of having a timer on the gas line. You have to stay by this cooker and reset the timer every ten minutes or the cooker will shut off. There are two sets of blinking lights that let you know you are running out of time. At first, I thought I would be annoyed by this, but it really is a great safety feature. My only complaint is that the metal for the pot is relatively thin and will ding easily, as most are. Other than that this is a great cooker. I'm looking forward to doing some oysters before it warms up too much.
