Beautiful glasses
Mikasa has always been know for quality and durability - until one drops a glass on a tile floor. I ordered another Cheers Too selection of bar glasses and they arrived in excellent protected condition. They are just as beautiful and durable as the set I bought in 2004.
I own other Mikasa dinnerware and glassware and wouldn't change them for anything.

Cute but Weak
I fell in love with these glasses (and their cousins) when I was putting together my bridal registry. We got one set from gifts, so we went out and bought a second. They've only been out of the packaging a month or so, and two have broken. One was definitely my fault -- it slipped out of my hands and shattered. The second was strange -- I had used it earlier, it had never fallen or hit anything, and I went to pick it up. I picked it up by the rim, and half the glass just fell apart into my hands! We don't have kids, so there's no way this glass became secretly broken when I wasn't looking. They are just poorly made.

Very cheaply made glasses, used to be better
We got a set of these for our wedding 4 years ago and we loved the glasses. They were heavily made, thick walled, and really nice etching. I recently purchased another set of 4 and was very disappointed to find out the quality of the glasses is so much worse. The walls of the glasses are incredibly thin, fragile, cheaply made, and the etching is awful. I was looking forward to the same quality that Mikasa delivered in the past, and now I will never buy another Mikasa product again. Its too bad.

Fun prints, good quality
I bought a set of 4 of the Cheers Double Old Fashioned glasses for my daughter. She loved them so much that I just ordered another set for her. Something tells me she'll have the whole collection before too long! Very nice for entertaining.
