Not Really Vacuum
These are not really a vacuum appliance. While they can maintain a slight negative pressure if the seal is good, it does not compare to the benefits of a good vacuum from a pump system. Also, the sealing edge of the bowl must be perfectly smooth with no nicks or scratches or the negative pressure and seal will be lost. I had high hopes for these but now they reside in the back of my closet.

Easy to Use & Clean
These work great! I can use the lids on any size bowl. They stay on tight and last until I need to take them off. Easy to clean, just pop them into the top tray of your dishwasher. If the plastic looks like it is sagging a bit, just put them under some hot water and it tightens right up again. Excellent item! I have all of the sizes available.

I still use them but only if I stack something else on top of them
