MY STRONG RECOMMENDATION to you
I love this mop. I had two of them before and this is the third one. I bought the first one and stopped working after I left it on, went to do something else and came back in less than a minute. I did not know what the problem was. I bought another one(same model). It happened the same thing again and stopped working.
After burning two of them, I just found out that I can not leave the machine on and let it sit for a short time. I must constantly use the machine until I am done or turn it off completely by taking off the power plug from the wall outlet. If the machine be on and sits for a while, the heat will hit a surface and not go through or transferred. Then the extreme heat will burn it's element in the machine and that will result of stop working.
I did not give up and bought the third one. This time I bought the newer version of it. I did not like it at all. The handle was too short and makes it hard to use plus the microfiber pads are not as good as the older version. They do not clean well and leave scuff marks behind. I returned it and bought the older version that I had before. Just love it.
So, please make sure if the machine is on and you are not using it for a short time, turn it off completely before step away from it otherwise the heat will burn it's element and will stop working.

I DO NOT recommend this product!!!!!!!!
It only lasts up to 5 months then it dies!!!!!
Then you call them they send you a refurbished one for $30.00.
Then you call back 5 months later . They tell you they won't sell you another one for $30.00 you have to pay $70.00.
DONE DONE DONE!!!!

Disappointing Product
Very disappointed in this product. Worked for a while and then started leaking water (would burn my feet) and tank got very hot. Engineer husband thought maybe the head was clogged, so ordered a new one at the cost of $30. Replaced head with new one, but that did not solve the problem.....it actually was even more clogged and created such a steam build up that is blew the head off and sent hot water spewing across the floor. Thankfully no one got burned! After that, the mop would not even turn on or heat anymore. When we looked inside of where the mop attachment would connect it was all melted. Really miss my steam mop as like it for the few times it worked, but don't want to spend the money on something that doesn't last!

I LOVE IT! MY FLOORS ARE SO NICE AND CLEAN!
So, my husband and I got this as a shower gift. I finally used it. I'm in love! I used it to clean all the hard flooring in our condo, there's still water in there! It took things off the floor that I just couldn't get off with a mop (extra sticky spots, grime, and even dried on newspaper (we had our plants inside this winter and turns out paper sticks really well to laminate when it gets wet and then dries there.)). We're getting cats soon, and in a year or so we'll start having children. This will definitely help me keep up with the housework!
It's quick to use too! And very easy to figure out! I was up and going in like, a minute!
Long story short, I love it!
If you're buying for yourself, it's worth the money.
If you're buying as a gift, trust me, it will be much appreciated, whatever the occassion!
