Excellent Price, Great Sturdy Quality
We received this as a gift off of our wedding registry. We wanted a high quality knife set that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. After searching, and reading reviews, this is what we found! We are so glad we did! It comes with everything we need for our kitchen, and looks excellent. The blades are sharp and never rust. We always hand wash them and don't put them in the dishwasher like another user suggested. I love how it has other slits to add additional knives. We also got the Henckles Bread Knife that fits perfectly in this block (in one of the extra slits). I would compare this set to a Cutco knife set. Seriously amazing!

The Best for the Price!
We purchased this set about 5 years ago or more, it was one of the smartest purchases we have ever made! They still look brand new, we wash them, wipe them dry and put them right back in the block everytime! JUST MAKE SURE THEY NEVER GO IN THE DISHWASHER!!! We are now buying my son and his new wife a set for Christmas!

AMAZING!!!
I had a set of Cutco knives that I LOVED for many years. They were sharp, long lasting, sturdy. We got these Henckels as a gift for our engagement party and they are just as AMAZING as Cutco knives.

Love this knife set
We just received this knife set as an engagement gift, and these knives are fantastic. We love to cook, so we'll be using these every day, and I can tell these knives will be up to the task. My future sister-in-law is a chef and she approves, so that's definitely high praise. I also like that there are extra slots in the knife block for other knives that we may purchase in the future. As other reviewers said, it's worth hand washing these knives instead of running them through the dishwasher.
