Cheap and it shows
Made of flimsy, particle-board type wood. Almost like painted cardboard. We had someone rest their feet *LIGHTLY* on the bottom shelf-like portion, and it snapped one corner. Would not recommend.

Good, but not what I expected
The table looks great! But the wood is not the type finish that I expected it to be. I was expecting a smooth, even and soft texture. The actual texture is more like a little bit rustic and not super smoth of the touch. But is good and very steady. I will recommend it to a friend!
