One of my favorite Applicances
Why I waited so long to purchase a cordless vacuum I have no idea! I knew Electrolux had a long history of being a great vacuum so I looked at all Bed Bath and Beyond had to offer and tried it out in the store and was very impressed. I also liked the fact I didn't have to buy replace bags. I love this thing!!! I use it on my laminate floors, hardwood and tile and it works so good and it very quiet! I'm about to order another one for my kids for Christmas!

Electrolux
I am very satisfied with my vacuum. It was money very well spent. I have a bad back and this vacuum is the best. It's light and it really picks up a lot. Best thing I ever did.
This is great when my little granddaughter comes over crumbs are everywhere. This picks them up with no problem. Can't say enough about this product.

little suction/ brush broke
I am so disappointed with this purchase.
It had little suction when it was new. Now months later, the suction is so bad that it won't even pick up a small speck of (light as a feather) cat hair --even when using it as a handheld.
The brush broke (which is what really makes this vacuum work--as the suction is so weak on its own). Now I do not even know where to replace it.
I do not know what brand to recommend, but this one is certainly not worth buying.

Could not be happier!
I was so excited to get this stick vacuum after my grandma, mom and 2 aunts purchased one. I was a little disappointed I didn't get mine on woot.com, when it was almost 1/2 price, but oh well. I love it. I have a 2 year old, a dog, wood and tile floors and this vacuum does the trick. Lightweight, easy to use, and the hand held actually picks up crumbs easily, unlike a dustbuster. I hate to sweep and used to put it off as long as I could, but since getting this vacuum I have used it almost every day and my floors look great. I just love it and can't say enough good things about it. I would recommend it to anyone that has kids, pets and hard wood floors or other hard surfaces. I used to try to use our regular vacuum for the floor but it just blew the pet hair around. This picks it up no problem. Love, love, love it!
