This clear cake stand with a ridged dome and pedestal makes an attractive display for cakes, pies and assorted pastries. And, thanks to its versatile design, you can even invert the pieces to form a punch bowl! Simply set the handle of the dome into the bottom of the base, and fill with sparkling beverages. I purchased this cake holder 1 year ago. In addition to using it as a cake pan I also have used it for punch, and dip with crackers. Just flip the whole bottom upside down place crackers around, fill with dip of choice. December 22, 2012

Other Uses for Cake Dome I rarely make cakes, but I just found out this bowl can be used for a Christmas English trifle, in addition to a punch bowl, by inverting the bowl onto the base. It looks great, and makes a wonderful centrepiece. December 20, 2012

Beautiful!! Bought this over 3 years ago and it has no chips what so ever. I love how you can make it into a cake dome or flip it over to make it into a punch bowl. I got lots of compliments on this. Nice and sturdy. Glass isn't thin, it's very thick which I like. Very neutral so this won't ever go out of style. March 29, 2012
