Great in humid environments
We live near the coast, so our glasses with cold drinks "sweat" a lot. Unlike other coasters that stick to the bottom of the glass, these do not. I was given one set of coasters almost 15 years ago and need to buy more since over the years some have been dropped. They will break, crack or chip; but that's the nature of sandstone!

Great Coasters!
When the sandstone coasters we bought years ago broke, we searched for replacements. Most of the replacements related to sporting teams (which we don't relate to) and they were more expensive that these sandstone coasters that we bought. They are natural and something we look to use for years to come.
