Very nice item..... finally!
As stated with previous reviews for fashioned toilet seats, we received the 1st 2 cracked & broken, the 3rd one was just fine & we love it. The problem seems to be at the factory where they package them up broken in the first place, then ship them to customers that way. It was a huge hassle to unpack, call for replacement, repack, take to UPS pickup point two different times, then wait again for my product but it is worth it since this is the exact item I was looking for. It really is very nice & I'm glad to have gone through the hassle to get it. BBB was most helpful with customer satisfaction.
