Don't Bother
I agree with disappointed that this product just doesn't work. I came to this website hoping to get some helpful hints as to how to use this because I just can't seem to get it to work right. I have the same problem with the pasta just sticking together and becoming a big ball of goo. Don't waste your money on this!

I purchased this a while ago and have used it with different recipes with disappointing results. pasta dough should be firm, but if it is - it will not extrude from the attachment. If you try (and I have) the mixer gets very hot - not worth burning out the motor! If the dough is soft enough to extrude easily, the pasta sticks together and its a big mess - I love home made pasta, but can't make myself spend the 399.99 for the better attachment (my sister has that one and it works well) Save your $ or get the more expensive attachment - Enjoy!
