This deluxe changing pad cover is made of sumptuously soft raised dot fabric to soothe baby's skin during changing. The Changing Pad Set also includes a color-coordinated liner with an absorbent soft cloth front and a practical waterproof back to prevent leaking through. The waterproof liner easily removes for washing, because accidents do happen. Changing pad cover snuggly fits most contoured changing pads.
