Not so much
After following instructions, I found that water was leaking thru the hose at joining connection. I turned the shower head sideways and it cut down the leak. I had a plumber check it an he stated there was a problem in the housing and I should return it. ( He installed it and the handheld would not work if he tightened it with a wrench.). As this was installed near the weekend, I called the manufacturer only to find there customer service would not be in til Monday. BBB will exchange it, no problem, I going with a different manufacturer.
