Love this!
I recieved this pan as a bridal shower gift, and have used it a lot since! It cooks evenly, and just as good as an outdoor grill. Great winter alternative.

Fantastic for quick meals!
We received this pan as a gift of our Bed Bath & Beyond wedding registry. When we registered for the pan I was a little skeptical that it could be non stick without Teflon. However, due to associations between scratched Teflon and health problems we decided we would try it.
We love this pan! I use it at minimum twice per week! It is perfect for burgers, chicken breasts and pork chops. We've also made panini sandwiches on it and browned sausages. The raised strips to make it grill like do an excellent job of creating the nice brown sear stripes and keeping the meat from sitting in its fat! We had heard reviews and comments that said the coating wasn't non -stick for very long and so held off on reviewing.
We have been using the pan regularly for two months. And it's true - the pan is no longer as 'non-stick' as it was in the first 2 weeks. However, the pan is sufficiently stick resistant. We have not had any trouble with getting the pan clean after cooking, and have had minimal sticking which can be fixed with a sprtiz of cooking spray. Ultimately, I think the slight decrease in non-stick capabilities is worth not having Teflon coating.

Best non-stick I've ever used!
If you add some hot water to the pan as soon as you're done cooking, it almost cleans it self. No scrubbing, even after serious grilling. Wish there was a two burner griddle.
