Great Value
Have owned this pan a short time, but really have enjoyed it. Despite the directions, I will only use silicone or wooden utensils with this pan to avoid any possibility of scratching it. I have found it is a breeze to clean up with mild dish washing detergent and soft brush or cloth. It seems to heat very evenly and requires only low to medium heat on our ceramic cooktop. I researched nonstick quite thoroughly before this purchase and this was recommended on several sites. If you have a discount coupon from BBB it is an especially good value!
