Nice Product!
I purchased this unit to replace my original Waterpik oral irrigator that I had for many years.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was unlike the old one.
Yes, the water capacity is smaller but it's just enough for me.
The highest speed is not as fast as the old one but after thinking about it, it probably is safer for my gums....
I love how the reservoir unit fits right into the machine
so there is no jiggling to get it to fit correctly like my last one.
The handle cord is very easy to remove and return
unlike the old one.
Love, love the tip eject button and the pause button!
I only wish that I had replaced my old unit sooner!

Absolutely best purchase ever!
I have been a WaterPik user for years. I have twenty crowns. I cannot floss deeply. I love my handheld rechargeable model. I have arthritis and I am very OCD. Both hinder my dental care. This unit keeps everything clean. I do not worry about the tips being touched. This tank is awesome because it is easy to fill and does not hurt my hands. I can actually grip it and hold it full of water with no problems!! This is an answered prayer for me!! I am so excited. I like the tips. This takes up a small space on your counter. I wish this model was available years ago. I am glad I have it. I am purchasing one for my adult children and my wonderful dentist!! Thank you BB&B for making this purchase so simple. I love this Waterpik, yes, love! Anyone who complains about this has not used all of the other models. This is named Platinum. It is superior!

Hope to help Gums
Like another reviewer I have pockets that I want to reduce over the next six months using the Platinum waterpik.
pros:
quiet operation
attractive
strong jet. ( I've used for 2 weeks and still am not above setting 6)
lots of attachments
cheaper blue color waterpik model extremely noisy (avoid it)
cons:
As mentioned in other reviews the tank is to small to finish the entire job. A workaround is to have an large water glass filled ready to pour into the tank as it gets low. This will provide enough for the full cleaning.
To me it's a great product that works well.
