I love this steamer it's small and slim and could fit in closet very easy to use I've purchased the sharp steamer before but it ruined my floor and was big and too much gaget . I highly recommend this steamer it made my life much easier.

My favorite cleaning product
I love my Bissell steam mop so much that I gave two for Christmas presents, and they were a hit! You save so much money by cleaning with steam instead of chemicals, and you can get the job done on all of your floors including linoleum, tile, and laminated wood! I give it more than 5 stars!

Totally Disatisfied
I was not at all satisfied with this steamer. It didnt create much steam and left too much water on the floor. I returned it and will try the Shark steamer.

I don't recommend this mop
1.) This mop puts a ton of water on my floor, and the mop pads do very little to pick it up.
2.) The cord is not long enough
3.) After using the mop only a few times, it started to leak between the water reserve & the filter.
