A high-quality, durable saucepan at a reasonable p
For several decades I have used heavy duty cookware. A major consumer feature is the very wide price range associated with non-stick products.
The Ecolution 2 quart pan seems to be equal to much more expensive brands. It has a good balance in the hand, and fortunately accommodates a glass lid that was left over from a discarded pan (just as well, because the Ecolution does not come with a lid!)
I am pleased with this pan, and would buy more of this brand if I should ever need replacements for my current pans.
