Worst vacuum EVER
I think I spend more time unclogging this stupid thing then I actually do using it for it's intended purpose. My favorite is when I pull out the wand, and get blasted in the face with dust, hair, and dirt from where it plugs in. This thing can't handle a tiny bit of powder carpet freshener, let alone hair from one short hair cat. The super power brush attachment? yeah, that's a joke too. It just kind of rearranges the hair into little clumps on the surface that you have to pick off, or I just used a strip of duct collect it all. Ridiculous and I hate the stupid thing...

Do Not Buy!!!
I just returned this vacuum. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! The attachment hose stopped working. I took the whole vacuum apart and cleaned all the filters and anything else that could be cleaned, there was nothing clogging it and I couldn't get it to work.

great suction
this is a great vacuum, it picks up as well as my kenmore canister vacuum that had cost me more than double the cost of this vacuum. i usually hate upright vaccums and have only used my old one for the last ten years, this vacuum has less operating costs as well, no bags to buy. i am disabled and this vacuum is not to heavy for me, as most uprights have been in the past, and is very easy to use. if you are not able to lift more than 20 pounds like me or bend to much this vacuum is perfect, the carry handle is located where i don't have to bend done to carry this vacuum.
