Beware of Carafe
Had this for about one year received as a gift. Does make good coffee and like the detachable container to fill with water. CONS: handle fell off of pot; no one has a replacement that will fit so you have to go directly to the manufacturer who is in Canada. Carafe is $19.99 plus $10.00 shipping to Northern CA. Another CON for us is that it does not beep when finished.

Very Good Coffee; Compact Design
I purchased this coffeemaker because it is not bulky and fits under my cabinets. The coffee tastes very good but the warming plate does not keep it hot enough. (We transfer the coffee to a carafe). The coffeemaker is easy to clean, especially with the removable water tank. After 1 month we are happy with our purchase.

Good for the money
Not able to spend as much on a coffee maker to replace my krupps, I am pleased with this choice. The price point was great, the coffee tastes good and it has such a clever element where the water tank separates for easy filling and washing. It's definitely a bit more flimsy than the higher end ones, but it looks great, works well and was affordable. A great buy.
