Broke after four uses
Everything was working smoothly . . . until I took the juicer out to use it for the fifth time. No power. Nothing. I read the manual to be sure I was putting it together correctly AND called the Customer Service number. They were extremely unhelpful since I bought it at BBB and not through their website. Taking it back to BBB immediately to upgrade.

Excellent
I bought this juicer recently after much debating. I didn't want to spend a fortune and certainly didn't want to waste money on a lower priced product that didn't work. I am VERY pleased with this juicer. It works wonderfully. I follow the directions and have had no issues with the blade getting stuck etc. The juice produced is pulp free, and clean up (if done right away) is no problem.

Great juicer
My fiance and I received this as an early wedding gift. As he is a much better cook, he picked out this juicer because he had used it at a restaurant where he worked and loved it. I expressed my concern over some of the negative reviews I read, but he said it worked great at the restaurant so he was confident it would be fine. We've used it twice and haven't had any problems with the motor or blades. The juice and the pulp are cleanly separated. It was a wonderful gift!
