Fantastic Product!
This toaster is the cat's meow! We have had a cheap toaster for years and finally budged and bought this Calphalon and it was well worth it! Even toasting, easy to use and the bagel option is great! Toasts your bagel on the inside not burning the bottom/outside of the bagel!

So Disappointed!
We had high hopes for this toaster after reading all the positive reviews! It is a nice looking toaster and we did not have any issues with removing the sticker from the front of the toasters as other reviewers have indicated, although it did leave a stain where the sticker was. We did not try Goo-Gone on it, although that might take care of it. Upon taking the toaster out of the box, the lever on the left that you use to push down and drop the toast in had popped off. We snapped it back on and it seemed fine. We put in our first 4 slices of toast and waited with anticipation! When the toast was done, the 2 slices of toast on the right side popped up fine, but the two slices on the left were stuck in the toaster. We had to manually use the lever to lift the two slices of toast out. After removing our toast, the lever on the left will not stay down when we try to press it. Other than this technical issue, the 4 slices of toast came out very nicely and evenly browned! We will be taking this toaster back due to the left side of the toaster not functioning properly!

Great!!!
When I purchased I asked if I could bring back if it did not toast on both sides of bread. They told me yes. Got home toasted 4 slices of bread and it is WONDERFUL! Both sides toasted evenly, did not have the problem with sticker leaving a stain, came right off. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Lousy Sticker
Toaster is great, but seems that Calphalon could afford to put a easy-peal decal on the stainless that doesn't create 30 minutes to remove. Pretty disappointed.
