Wish I'd returned it.
We hate this thing. If I hadn't already pitched the packaging, I'd send it back. (Lesson learned.) It does have two "positives": it's light weight and it's a pretty color. But as a vac, forget it. The head swivels all over the place, the suction is poor (won't pick up on our wool rugs), it won't stand up on its own--has to be leaned against something, and it's difficult to stand it back in it's power recharger. Once it's recharged, it doesn't last long before it needs more juice. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAC.

Very powerful, easy to clean out. I am very happy with this product. It picks up more than you knew was there.

Good for pet owners
I've had this vac for only a few days but have used it twice. We have 2 very hairy, large breed dogs and hardwood floors. I was looking for a light weight vac to use instead of pulling out the Dyson every day. After reading lots of reviews about this one, I thought I'd give it a try.
So far, so good!! It picks up the dog hair like a dream! If I want to vac the thin kitchen rugs, I have to go over it a couple of times- the plush area rug- forget it, dog beds- don't even try it. This was made for bare floors- not carpet. If you use it on bare floors, you will be very pleased!
It is light weight, easy to use and easy to dump.

Doesn't Last
This vacuum doesn't have much power. Mine only lasted a year and now it won't hold a charge. I am very disappointed in this product, wish I wouldn't of bought it.
