I'm only using a very tiny bit of butter. Thanks to the non-stick feature, making a crepe will be extremely simple.

Now the crepes was easy. Let's make some fish now. Fish skin, mmm. Let's try that. This was not only easy, but this Aeternum line is also eco-friendly. Think about this one. It's PFOA and PTFE free and also cadmium free, which is 100 percent natural.

Let me add a little extra virgin olive oil and a nice piece of fish with skin on. Bialetti Aeternum line sear just like cast iron. Guys, this is amazing. This pan sear like cast iron. But with cast iron you cannot do this.

Perfectly crisp skin. I'm only using a spatula because I don't want to burn my finger.

And now the fish is ready. Look how easy it is. It slide right off. Your friend and family are gonna be so impressed on how easy it is to cook with the Bialetti Aeternum.
