Totally different than what I was expecting
When I ordered the rug I thought it was going to be a plush soft shag is a deep red color. However, I was very disappointed when I received it in the mail and it was a burnt rust color (practically orange) and thin and not soft at all. I almost wondered if I got the right rug that I ordered... I returned it and bought another red shag rug from somewhere else that I like much better!
