Not Good
I bought this in July 2012 also and I agree it just didn't work at all and did put more creases in the pants than what they started with. I returned this unit to the store and received a full refund. Great job on that. BUT I'd like to add that I had a pants press previously, a different brand, and it was excellent. Had it for 15 years before it broke down. Can't get that brand anymore, but I'm going to try one of the other 2 BB&B have and will complete a review in due course. I won't give up. These are fantastic if you get a good one.

Please do not purchase this piece of garbage. All it does is wrinkle your pants. It absolutely does not put a fine crease in them to make them look nice. You are better off going to the dry cleaner.
