Awful
I tried both the regular and full size pillows. As long as your head stays in the pillow indent and you lay on your back, its fine. But if you move around when you sleep, sleep on your side or stomach, it is very uncomfortable. Also, the cost is ridiculous for something so uncomfortable.

Not Impressed...
I was in great hopes of relieving my neck pain, it was only temporary. Less than a week. It's OK to sleep on but not for relief.
