Positive: Absolutely great toothbrush system - cleans great - no yucky feeling afterwards. Leaves mouth and gums clean. The extra bonus is the gum cleaning mode - makes your gums feel great.
Negative: Replacement heads are a little tough to find but all in all it's worth the hunt.
