AWESOME Product
After reading several reviews, we decided to try the Shark Navigator. I LOVE this vacuum! After the easy assembly, I vacuumed my living room with my old machine. Then, I used the Navigator ~ twice! I emptied the canister FOUR times. The next evening, I vacuumed again and emptied twice. I've purchased units that were twice the price of this Shark but didn't yield such fantastic results. With a 5 year warranty, this value cannot be beat. The last time my carpets were this clean was when they were first installed. HIGHLY recommend.

The Hose Needs Great Improvement!!!
I really like this vacuum, but the hose is terrible! I need to vacuum my stairs but every time I do the hose will not stretch more than a foot before the whole vacuum falls over. The hose also tore, being under warranty they replaced it. I will give this one away and will need one with a better hose. Bummer!

Love this vacuum
I don't usually write reviews unless something is amazing or the opposite - horrible.
This vacuum does an amazing job. I love that it has separate attachments to use on the hardwood floors as well as my couch.
It was easy to assemble. I highly recommend this vacuum.

LOVE the Shark!
I couldn't be happier with this vacuum! We have two dogs, both of which shed quite a lot. One of the dogs has very coarse hair that was just embedded into the carpet and wouldn't seem to come out. The only way I could get it out was with our little Shark handheld pet vacuum. That, coupled with the amazing reviews, led us to try this vacuum. We are thrilled!!! We had been using a Roomba ($500), and thought it was doing a good enough job on everything but the pet hair. Then we brought home the shark, and just from vacuuming our living room the canister filled up twice!! Not a good commercial for Roomba at all, or my other Bissell that we had tried. This vacuum is amazing -- we love the swivel, it's lightweight and easy to use, and the suction is the best I've ever had. Our carpets actually look clean for the first time in a while! We also can't wait to use the hard floor cleaner feature. This vacuum really has everything you'd need. I'll never go back to another, even more expensive, brand. Shark is the way to go, especially if you have pets. :)
