Much Pleasure
I enjoy using the Krups Tea Maker on a daily basis!! I let is sit at my desk at work and use it throughout the day. My only issues is that it began to stain only after two or three days and due to the small mouth it is difficult to remove the tea stains from inside the pot.

Great at first...
Well, I've had this tea maker for a couple of months now. At first it was great. I would've preferred a tea basket that will stay open while you're trying to put tea into it, but otherwise, no real complaints. However, about a week ago, this pot started leaking right beneath the spout. It now seems like it's getting worse, so that there is a puddle on the counter after every poured mug of tea. Of course, my box and receipt are long gone, so I doubt there is much that I can do :( Bummed.

Great :)
I have it for 3 weeks and so far the best kettle I had ever.

Average
I think this is a new design for KRUPS.
Bought after I made the decision to get off of Coffee and like the idea of steeping the tea and keeping in warm.
Pot works great - don't get me wrong...BUT there is a bit of a design flaw. After about 2 weeks of use - at least 2x daily - small drops of tea began to leak from under the spout where the black plastic meets the glass pot.
By the time I noticed, the box and receipts were gone. So can't return it.
I sealed it from the outside with a small bead of fish tank silicone and all is well for now.
