Great shredder
My husband and I got this as a wedding gift off of our registry and I have to say we both are really impressed with it. we had a lot of paper work piling up that needed to be shredded and it did a fantastic job! The only downfall I can see at all is that it is pretty loud, but we expected that.

TERRIBLE
I just bought this product today and I am returning it tomorrow. The shredder started smoking after shredding a few documents! I thought it was going to catch my house on fire!
