Best item for shoe rack!
I love this thing! Its pretty good quality, just dont tighten the screws too much. Its a very nice decorative shoe rack that holds at LEAST 10 pairs of shoes! And its very sturdy as well! Love this product and have already recommended it to some friends that want to buy it!

Nice but poor craftsmanship
First one I got was damaged. The second one I got, I took everything to put together and the pre-drilled holes did not fit the hardware. I didn't want to chance a third round of carring an 80 lb box back and forth to the store. Otherwise it would have been a very nice bench.

Perfect for a small entryway
We have a small front room and so this was perfect for entry way. It gives great storage with a slim profile. I love that it also adds seating to our small space.

Not great
We ordered this to use as a bench by our back door. There are many pieces (which is to be expected) but the instructions were fairly clear. You'll need 2 people (and one of them needs to good with tools) to put it together. However the glue that came with this was no good (dried out) and many of the pieces were knicked or scraped in spots. Also the wooden connector rods were too long and my husband had a problem with them going right through to the other side of the "wood" making holes and chipping the finish. It was too large of an item for me to bother trying to pack up and return at that point, so we're living with it. The cushions on top are quite hard and uncomfortable for sitting, but for just to putting on your shoes it's ok. And the storage underneath is good.
