This made in France heavy duty casserole in enameled cast iron has a duraplast knob, heat resistant to 465 degrees. Ideal for automatic cooking, the lid has a continuous self basting system. 8.0-quart capacity. Oven safe. Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. Limited lifetime warranty.
