Thanks to the addition of a metal counterbalance in the handle, you get a perfect balance between the blade and the handle for precision control while you work. The handles are constructed of ABS and ergonomically molded for a comfortable grip. The exterior of the wood block is constructed of bamboo while the inside is made of pine.
