built very well works as expected
I agree with most of what the other users told you. But for $10.00 It works very well. Have you ever purchased a portable battery operated vacuum for your personal vehicle? Well how did it work?? I thought so. I have purchased a few in my days and paid three times the cost of this unit and some of them were so flimsy built that they broke apart just scrub vacuuming as they were intended to use. I also agree that they should have included at least one filter with the unit. Charger Great Idea. There is a port to plug in a charger and rechargeable batteries I did that and batteries cost more than the shed pal. Good luck. Compaired to the other junk that is being sold over this type of advertising the Shed Pal is pretty good.

Waste of Money
Not worth the money. Hair flys out the back of devise. Of course, after the purchase in the box it has were you can by covers for the back to catch the hair that goes through the clear cover they have on it. Very poor, would not recommend to anyone

I loved it
I hate reading all these bad reviews. We bought it a few weeks ago at bed bath and beyond after seeing it in their catalogs. So we picked it up and I was skeptical as well about the noise. Our cat is a short haired cat (maybe that's the difference with the hair falling everywhere for everyone else) and her hair gets everywhere. So I did what the directions said and introduced with the vacuum off and with the vacuum on. She ran a couple times but came right back to see what it was.She loves it. I brush her with it off and then when her hair gets closer to where her tail would be (she's a bob tail) I turn the vacuum on and I suck the hair up. I love how when you remove it you can pop it open and take the hair out. It tends to clump for you. I love it. As for the additional things, I understand why they would do something like that because of the low price. The batteries are fine, but a charger would be nice. And as far as the bags they could have included that as well. But for 10.00 I got what I paid for!
