So glad I bought this
I bought one and then another one as a gift for my daughter. I use mine at home...my daughter uses hers at her work for her kitchen crew. They love having a cold drink in a hot kitchen. And it's plastic too!..no worry about breakage.

Check the Item First!
I bought this item as a Christmas present for my daughter. I can't tell you how well it works yet because she hasn't used it. However, I will tell you (like others in their reviews have) to check the lid for cracks. Based on these reviews I had the sales clerk open the item and we inspected it before I paid for it and sure enough - the lid was cracked. So beware.
On a positive note, I loved how I coould order the item online and have it delivered free of charge to my nearest Bed, Bath & Beyond and, of course, I used my coupon.

Useful Item
I purchased one of these three years ago, and I have found it is very helpful with entertaining. I particularly like the feature that keeps the ice from diluting the beverage. Over time, products such as CrystalLite will leave a residue. However, since that is what I use if for, that is a non-problem for me. Still, it's great, especially with children around, as they can serve themselves. If disaster strikes and it gets knocked over, I don't have to worry about broken glass (excellent feature for around the pool area). I may buy an additional one.. I had no problem with drips, etc.

3-Gallon Beverage Dispenser with Infuser
I bought two of these yesterday. Conincidentally,
I attended a funeral this morning. The reception after the cermony had 3 of these: lemonade, iced
tea and water. One was leaking so badly that it drenced the pretty tablecloth it was on and was spilling over onto the floor. I returned mine this afternoon and ordered two glass ones online.
