My lifeline and BFF
O dear. I actually received this as a gift from my mother and my sister. It is the most amazing coffee machine/experience EVER. I have always been a coffee lover BUT this really takes it to the next level. I set the grind to how I wanted it and set the level of water I want in my cup (totally amazing). I actually DO NOT order/consume/want coffee from anywhere else EXCEPT from home. I am a coffee snob NOW. Will buy this product again and again and again......BUT im still on my first one (just over a year !!)

Wow! What A Great Personal Barrista!
We purchased this product from Bed Bath & Beyond in March of 2009 and just today (Nov 2012) it finally gave up the ghost, with what appears to be a clogged pump system. RIP after ~1350 days of pretty much non-stop use 4-6x daily = ~... 5-8,000 cups!!! ~5-10c a cup... not so expensive after all.
Thinking back now, we could probably have extended its life by better following directions: It asks to be de-calcified every couple months, and we've been a bit lax about responding to its needs the last couple years, so perhaps it's our own un-doing.
We've had some issues with it jamming (likely from not having been cleaned as often as it wants) and we did purchase a new $115 Brew Group from a vendor once, but it's worked VERY hard in the last nearly 4 years and frankly I'm happy it lasted this long! We will probably see about letting someone refurbish it as a spare but get a new one, too.
We LOVE this machine. It's flexible and really is completely automagic about how it makes the best cups of coffe. Latte and Capuccino are a breeze.. Never seen a more reliable personal espresso machine for anywhere near this much bang for the buck. We will definitely look around, but will most likely just get another one like it.
At full price, it's expensive, but BB&B has all kinds of "20% off one item" deals; not tough to get in on that. And then if you compare what 4 years of SBUX would cost us, for all those 5,000 cups it paid for itself after ~ 4 months!!! And hey, it went 4 years! : )
Believe me, these days, I prefer THIS coffee to anything outside in SBUX or other vendors... A very good investment!!! Youi might have to scrimp a bit on other expenditures for a while to pay for it, but hey... you can enjoy some GREAT coffee while you do!

Espresso made easy..
After trying 4 other espresso machines we got this one, it is expensive but its well worth it...
Easy to clean, great coffee brewed right away the way you like it, the "capuccinatore" its amazing.. we love our caffe latte with lots of foam and very hot which is very easy with this machine.
Pros: Everything!!
Only cons are:
Water tank and coffee bean deposit are not big enough
Waste deposit fills up very quick
If you are not a coffee lover, don't expend money in this machine, otherwise you will love it!!
